Branding & Creative
A defined idea and a plan for content, so campaigns have something to say.

The problem
A common pattern is a business that posts regularly, runs ads and sends emails, but where each channel says something slightly different. Content is chosen because it is easy to make or because a competitor did it, not because it ties into a message the audience cares about. The calendar fills up, but nothing builds on what came before.
Without a creative strategy, feedback is subjective. A concept is liked or disliked based on taste, creative decisions take longer, and results are impossible to interpret because no one defined in advance what the work was meant to change. Budget goes into production while the question of what to say is left unanswered.

Our solution
We start with the audience and the commercial goal. That means reviewing customer conversations, sales call notes, reviews, search queries and competitor communication to find what people actually worry about, compare and ask. From this we write a creative brief: the one thing the work must communicate, to whom, in what tone, and how we will judge whether it worked.
The brief is turned into campaign concepts, a messaging hierarchy and a content plan with themes, formats and cadence tied to the funnel stage they serve. The result is a plan your team or ours can produce against, with clear criteria for approving work and clear measures for judging it afterwards. We do not guarantee creative that goes viral, only creative that has a purpose.
Capabilities
Synthesis of customer feedback, reviews, search data and competitor messaging into a short, usable view of what the audience cares about.
A one-page brief per campaign stating the goal, audience, key message, proof points and success measure, so production starts with direction.
Two or three distinct campaign ideas with sample executions, so you can judge the concept in context before committing to production.
A hierarchy of primary message, supporting points and proof that keeps copy consistent across web, ads, email and sales material.
Themes, formats and cadence mapped to funnel stage and channel, with ownership and approval steps defined.
Agreed metrics for each campaign, set before launch, so results can be read against the purpose and not just reach.
Process
We agree the commercial objective and review what you know about your customers, gaps included, in a working session.
We analyse customer language, competitor communication and channel performance to find the angle that is credible and not already crowded.
Campaign concepts and the content plan are presented with rationale, and refined with your feedback into a version ready for production.
The strategy is handed over with briefs and approval criteria, and review dates are set to check results against the plan.

FAQ
A marketing strategy covers channels, budget, targets and tactics. Creative strategy is narrower: it decides what the work says, to whom and in what voice. The two overlap, and we usually do them together, but a business can have a solid channel plan and still lack a message worth distributing.
We can. Strategy is often delivered on its own to guide your in-house team or another agency, but it works best when connected to production through our graphic design and content production services. If you use another supplier, the briefs are written so they can work from them directly.
We use what you already have: sales call notes, support emails, reviews, search queries and social comments, plus a handful of short customer conversations. That is enough to find the language and concerns that matter. Larger quantitative research is sometimes useful, and we will say when it is.
For a single campaign, the brief and concept stage is typically a matter of weeks, depending on how quickly interviews and feedback happen. A full content strategy with an editorial calendar takes longer. We agree timing at the start so your production schedule is not left waiting.
