The problem
Most sites are built around what the business wants to say, not what customers type into a search box. The result is a set of pages that describe services in internal language, compete with each other for the same terms, and rank for nothing that leads to revenue. Traffic, if there is any, comes from brand searches and people who already know you exist.
Meanwhile competitors with weaker products sit above you because they answered the question first. Without a clear view of which queries matter, which pages should target them and what is blocking those pages, SEO turns into guesswork: a few blog posts, some plugin settings and months of waiting for something to happen.

Our solution
We start from commercial intent. We map the searches your buyers actually use, group them by what the person wants to do next, and assign each group to one page that deserves to rank for it. Existing pages get rewritten, merged or redirected. Missing pages get briefed. Nothing is published without a target query and a reason to exist.
Then we do the unglamorous work that moves rankings: title and heading structure, internal links, page speed basics, structured data, and earning links from sites that matter in your market. We report on rankings, clicks and conversions from Search Console and GA4, and we tell you plainly when something is not working. SEO is slow. It is also one of the few channels where the work keeps paying after the invoice is paid.
Capabilities
We build a keyword set from Search Console data, competitor gaps and the language in your sales calls, then sort it by intent: learn, compare, buy, or find locally.
Each target query is assigned to a single page. This ends cannibalisation and shows you exactly which pages to create, improve or retire.
Titles, headings, copy structure, image alt text and internal links are rewritten so search engines and readers both understand what each page is for.
We compare what ranks for your priority queries with what you publish, then specify the pages, formats and depth needed to compete.
We pursue links through digital PR, partnerships, directories that matter and resources worth citing. We do not buy links or use private blog networks.
Search Console, GA4 and rank tracking are connected so you can see impressions, clicks, landing-page conversions and which changes caused what.
Process
We review your current rankings, indexed pages, Search Console data and competitors, and record a baseline so progress is measurable.
We agree the priority queries, assign them to pages and set the order of work based on effort and likely return.
On-page fixes, new page briefs, rewrites and link outreach roll out in monthly batches, with each change logged.
Every month we check what moved, what did not, and why. The plan is revised from data, not from the original proposal.

FAQ
For a site with no prior work, expect the first movement on low-competition queries within a few months and meaningful commercial traffic over a longer horizon. It depends on competition, domain history and how much needs fixing. Anyone promising page one in weeks is guessing or cutting corners.
No. Search engines do not take instructions from agencies, and any guarantee would be a sales line. We commit to the work, the reporting and the decisions behind them, and we show you the data every month.
SEO is the overall discipline of earning organic visibility. Technical SEO is the part concerned with crawling, indexing, speed and site structure. Content marketing is the part concerned with producing useful material for an audience. Most engagements need a mix, and we scope them separately when the work is large enough.
Not always. If nobody searches for what you sell, if you need leads this week, or if your site cannot be edited, another channel may be a better first move. We will say so after looking at the search demand rather than selling you a retainer regardless.
Send a few lines about what you're trying to move. We'll reply with questions, a rough shape of the work, or an honest no.
