The problem
A typical process crosses several tools and several people. A form is submitted, someone copies it into the CRM, another person creates a folder, a manager approves by email, and finance raises an invoice a week later if nobody forgot. Each handoff is a place where work waits or gets lost, and the status of any one item is known only by asking around.
Connecting these steps in a tool is not hard, but doing it well takes care. Flows need clear triggers, branches for the exceptions, waiting steps for human approval, and error handling that tells someone when a step fails instead of stopping quietly. A flow that works for ten items a week often breaks at a hundred, or the first time an unexpected value appears in a field.

Our solution
For each workflow we define the trigger, the steps, the decision points, the human approvals and the end state, along with what should happen when data is missing or a step fails. We then build it in the tool that fits: Make, n8n or Zapier for most business flows, your CRM's own automation where it is sufficient, or code when volume, logic or reliability demands it.
We test with real and awkward sample data, add logging and failure alerts, and give each flow a named owner and a short document. Handoffs to people use clear tasks or notifications with reminders if no one responds. The deciding of what is worth automating belongs to business automation; connecting underlying systems with strict reliability guarantees belongs to API integrations. This service covers the multi-step flows built on top of those.
Capabilities
From form submission or message to CRM record, owner assignment, first reply and follow-up reminders, with escalation if nobody acts.
Purchase, leave, content and discount approvals routed to the right person with reminders, deadlines and a recorded decision.
Checklists, account creation, document requests, welcome messages and internal tasks triggered together and tracked until complete.
Accepted quotes turned into invoices, payment status written back to the CRM, and overdue reminders sent on a defined schedule.
Alerts in Slack, email or WhatsApp when something needs attention, plus scheduled summaries so managers see status without chasing.
Failure alerts, retry rules, a log of each run and an owner for every flow, so a broken step is found and fixed quickly.
Process
We write the workflow as a clear sequence: trigger, steps, decisions, approvals, data needed at each point, and what counts as done.
We choose the platform based on volume, logic and cost, then build the flow in a test environment connected to sandbox or copy data.
We run typical and difficult cases through the flow, including missing fields, duplicates and failed steps, and fix what breaks before go-live.
Live rollout with alerts on, a short document and walkthrough for the owner, and a review after a few weeks of real use.

FAQ
We pick per project. Zapier is quick for simple flows, Make handles branching and data handling well at a lower cost, and n8n can be self-hosted if you want control of data and pricing. We build in your own accounts so you retain access.
Every flow we build has error handling: failed steps trigger an alert to a named person with the details, and where it is safe the step is retried. Failed runs are kept in a log so the item can be reprocessed instead of being lost.
Yes, and they usually should. The flow pauses, asks the right person through email, Slack or a task, sends reminders and continues on their decision. The result is recorded, so you can see who approved what and when.
A single focused flow with a few steps can often be live within a couple of weeks, while processes across many systems with several approval paths take longer. Most of the time goes into pinning down the real rules and exceptions, not into the tool. We give a specific estimate after the specification stage.
